ASHI CPR PRO Healthcare Provider card -For healthcare providers such as EMS
personnel, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses and respiratory therapists who
must have a credential documenting successful completion of a CPR course $28 per
person 3 hours

ASHI Basic CPR - $20 per person 3 hours

ASHI First Aid - $20 per person 3 hours

ASHI Basic CPR/First Aid combo $35

AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider - For healthcare providers such as EMS personnel,
physician assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses and respiratory therapists who must have a
credential documenting successful completion of a CPR course. $55 per person-includes
book and CD. 5 HOURS. RENEWALS $45 per person - includes book and CD 3 HOURS.

AHA Heartsaver CPR - For those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency
because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. $45 per person 3 HOURS (+1
hour for infant CPR/Choking- opt.)

AHA Heartsaver AED - For those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency
because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. $45 per person 3 HOURS (+1
hour for infant CPR with mask and choking- opt.)

AHA Heartsaver First Aid - For those who have a duty to respond to a first aid or
cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. $45 per
person 4 HOURS

AHA Heartsaver PED First Aid - For those involved in child care that have a duty to
respond to a first aid emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory
requirements, such as child care workers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors,
youth organizations, and coaches for children's sports organizations. $65 per person 7
HOURS
